The practices

Two ways to meet yourself.

Two sister practices within Sharatsoma, sharing respect for dignity, consent, privacy, and personal choice. Women’s Body Care includes respectful physical touch with consent; Sharatsoma Touch has no physical contact. Neither asks you to produce a particular feeling or change.

01

Women’s Body Care

Fully clothed · Physical touch with consent · Women only

Professional care through quiet presence. A 75-minute session for adult women to receive attention and respectful care while keeping authority over their own bodies.

We begin with time to arrive and a brief conversation about comfort and boundaries. Slow, gentle touch is offered through clothing only where agreed, with time for quiet, rest, and an unhurried ending.

  • Fully clothed throughout; no oil or forceful pressure
  • Choose what touch you welcome, decline any area, or change your mind
  • Speak, remain quiet, adjust your position, pause, or end at any time
  • No need to explain yourself, perform relaxation, or demonstrate a result
75 minutes · €180 · Düsseldorf · Thursdays
Information & booking

Non-sexual, non-medical care. No diagnosis, treatment, or promised outcome.

02

Sharatsoma Touch

Quiet shared presence · No physical contact

A 60-minute, individual, in-person practice of time, company, and quiet attention. “Touch” refers to human contact through presence and shared space; there is no bodily touching.

You do not need a problem to discuss, a complete personal story, or a goal to achieve. We clarify your preferences and boundaries, then share time in which silence and conversation are both welcome. Your experience remains yours to understand.

  • No physical touch, guided breathing, or required eye contact
  • Sit, lie down, stand, or move; choose your distance and pace
  • No advice or interpretation of your silence, posture, or feelings
  • Ask questions, request an adjustment, pause, or end at any time
60 minutes · €220 · Düsseldorf · Thursdays
Information & booking

For adults. Not massage, counselling, coaching, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. No promised outcome.

The principle

Care can be offered without taking authority over another person.Your consent remains yours throughout the session.

Sharatsoma · The art of being

I am Ciji Mingzhu, a writer and the founder of Sharatsoma, based in Düsseldorf. Sharatsoma brings together my books, art, and two sister practices: Women’s Body Care and Sharatsoma Touch.

Sharatsoma grew from a new understanding of my childhood. For years, I remembered its sorrow. Later, I also recognised the joy: time among animals, trees, wind, and open sky, where I could simply be myself without having to earn my place.

Today, I protect that space and open it to others through writing, art, and practice. This is the art of being at the heart of Sharatsoma: room to feel, make our own choices, care for our bodies, and enjoy being alive. What began as a personal return has become something I can share.

Women’s Body Care offers gentle physical touch through clothing, with your consent throughout. Sharatsoma Touch offers shared presence without physical contact. Both make room for your experience, without asking you to become someone else.

Sessions are available in English, German, Chinese, and Tibetan, on Thursdays by appointment in Düsseldorf. Visit my Linktree for practice details and booking inquiries.
